This sunday we were white water rafting on the Wairoa River. It is a hydro-controlled river. The rafting is only available 26days of the year. The rapids are a grade 5 rapid (the hardest kind!)

Our guide was a completely mad guy called barry who took us 360 down a rapid that should be done forwards only!

Joe had a hairy moment and was hanging out by his legs for a god 30secs. Wendy was steering from the front thus left the saving of Joe to her trusty boat members.

It was a super hot day! Bar Wendy's raynauds and joes near death experience it was an ace day.
